Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TradePilot ("the Service"), provided by [Your Business Name / Company Number]. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

TradePilot generates draft electrical job quotations using AI, based on information you provide and pricing you set. Quotations are a starting point for your own professional judgement — you are responsible for reviewing accuracy, compliance with BS 7671 and other regulations, and final pricing before sending anything to a customer.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. One free quote is available per person before a subscription is required.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for unlawful purposes, to generate misleading quotations for customers, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." TradePilot is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate quotations, pricing decisions, or reliance on AI-generated content without your own professional review.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address, business name and pricing settings, and the job descriptions and quotations you generate. If you upload a logo, we store that file too.

How we use it

To provide the Service — generating quotes using your pricing, producing your PDF quotations, and managing your subscription. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Third-party processors that make the Service work: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI quote generation). Each processes data under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or close your account at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

We use a small, necessary cookie to track whether your one free quote has been used. It doesn't track you across other websites.
